Mamás De Garnet
Mamás de Garnet seeks to fight two barriers to the community: Educational Inequity and Lack of Representation In Places of Influence. Through a basketball group, cooking classes and Bible studies, Mamás de Garnet aims to foster unity within the community by creating spaces for women of all ages in the neighborhood to learn new things with and from one another. We believe that moms have the power to begin community transformation straight from their home, so we are excited to see a multitude of households represented when the women in the community join together.

Where: Garnet Community Center 3012 Garnet Ln. Fullerton, Ca, 92831
When: Mamás de Garnet runs year-round and provides different activities throughout the week.
PPC Bible Study: 1st and 3rd Wednesday | 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
PPC Clothes Closet: 1st and 3rd Wednesday | 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Basketball Group: Monday - Friday | 6:30-7:30 p.m.
English Classes: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 10a.m.
Pearl Park Cleanup: 1st Saturday of the month | 9 a.m.
Who: All women in the Garnet community are invited to join!

Relationships
Invite women in the Garnet neighborhood to learn together, build trust and relationships with one another, and ultimately create a more unified community.
Unify
Cultivate a faith-based community of women who understand God's love and are able to share it with their families and others in their neighborhood.
Empower
Empower moms and women in the Garnet community to step into places of influence by learning new skills and expanding their cultural awareness.
